Is CTM really free?
Yes. The Starter tier is free with no time limit. You get 3 teams, 50 members, and core features. No credit card required.
What does the 2.5% + €0.20 payment fee mean?
When you collect payments through CTM (subs, match fees, etc.), we charge 2.5% + €0.20 per transaction. This is available on all tiers including free.
Is this a web app or a native app?
CTM is a native iOS and Android app built with React Native. It’s available on the App Store and Google Play, not a website or PWA.
What sports does CTM support?
CTM is sport-agnostic. Football, GAA, rugby, cricket, and any other club sport works with the same core features.
How many teams can I manage?
Starter: 3 teams. Premier: 10 teams. Champion: unlimited. Each team can have unlimited fixtures, sessions, and attendance records.
Is my club’s data safe?
CTM is GDPR-compliant, hosted in Ireland (Firebase EU region), and includes children’s data protections built in. Coaches must have certifications logged before accessing junior content.
Can parents use CTM without the app?
No. CTM is a native mobile app. All users (coaches, parents, admins) need to install it on iOS or Android.
