Terms of Service

Effective date: 4 May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CTM Club Team Management mobile application (“CTM”, “the App”) and the website at getctm.app, both provided by NoviNine Entertainment Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in Ireland.

By creating an account or using CTM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

CTM is a multi-tenant mobile application for grassroots sports clubs, providing fixtures, attendance, messaging, payments, scorecards, and related club-management features. The App is available on iOS via the Apple App Store and on Android via Google Play.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have a parent or guardian who manages your account on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Club admins are responsible for ensuring that any data they enter (including data about other people) complies with applicable data-protection law.

3. Subscriptions and billing

CTM offers three tiers: Starter (free), Premier, and Champion. Pricing for paid tiers is published on getctm.app/pricing and is billed monthly through Apple in-app purchases or Google Play billing, in accordance with the platform’s rules.

  • The Starter tier is free, with limits on teams and members as published.
  • Paid tiers include 3 months free for waitlist signups when CTM launches. You will not be charged during this period. Cancel before the period ends to avoid charges.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from within the App. Changes take effect immediately; refunds for partial months are not provided unless required by law.
  • Payments collected through CTM (e.g. subs, match fees) are processed by Stripe. CTM charges a 2.5% transaction fee on these payments on all tiers, in addition to any fees Stripe applies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use CTM for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, fraud, or processing of data in breach of GDPR.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App without our written permission.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that endangers any child.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of CTM.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to CTM (e.g. photos, fixtures, messages, attendance records). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep CTM available and reliable but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We may also update, change, or remove features from time to time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CTM is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

9. Termination

You can stop using CTM at any time and close your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, certain provisions survive (including limitation of liability, indemnities, and governing law).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version is at getctm.app/terms. Material changes will be notified to active users by email or in-app notice. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by law.
