Recognise your best performers. Fairly.
Coaches nominate a Player of the Week with a reason. CTM tracks who has already won so recognition rotates around the squad, not just the same two kids.
The same few kids tend to win, and nobody is keeping score.
Most clubs run some version of Player of the Week from memory. Without a record of who has already had a turn, recognition drifts toward the same standout players, and there is no easy way to let parents know when their child wins, or to track who is actually holding the trophy this week.
How CTM solves it
Nomination with a reason
The coach nominates a player and gives a reason. Candidates are built only from children marked present or late at the most recent session, so nobody who missed training gets nominated by mistake.
Nominate against an earlier session
A session picker lets the coach make the award against a past session too, not only the most recent one.
Rotation awareness
Every candidate is marked never won, won this week, won last week, or won N weeks ago, and the list sorts players who have never won to the top. It is advisory only: every player stays selectable, the coach always has the final say.
Trophy Tracker
A running Trophy Tracker shows current holders and supports more than one holder in the same week. The child’s parents get a win notification, in-app and push, carrying the coach’s own reason.
Both features are toggled per team, so a club switches each one on only where it wants it.
