A one-off payment request per term does not match how pay-as-you-go academies actually run. Someone has to remember to raise a new fee every single week, chase whoever forgot to bring cash, and keep a mental note of who still owes for last Tuesday. It falls apart fast once a coach is running more than one session a week.

Automatic per-session fee requests
Set a per-session fee on a team once. Every training session you create on that team generates the payment request itself, server-side, with no admin action needed.
Cash or app, chosen at RSVP
Parents pick how they will pay right when they confirm attendance, inline on the dashboard or the attendance screen. Choose cash and the app shows a "Paying cash" badge, with the option to switch to paying in app at any time.
Coach collection view on the roster
The team roster shows a fee chip per child: owes cash in solid red for readability outdoors, paid in green, app-unpaid outlined, no choice made in grey. Coaches see fee state only, never family payment data.
No stale obligations
Session fee rows disappear once the session’s day ends, so the payment screen never fills up with old, already-resolved requests. A summary row shows collection status at a glance.
